1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Larger trash cans may take slightly longer to process and ship.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are your trash cans odor-proof?
Many models feature tight-fitting lids and built-in odor control technology to help contain unpleasant smells effectively.
6. Are the trash cans easy to clean?
Yes. Most bins have smooth interiors and removable liners or buckets for quick and easy cleaning. Some models are fully dishwasher-safe on the top rack.

We offer a full range:

- Medium (kitchen, 10–13 gallons)
- Large (kitchen & outdoor, 20–30+ gallons)

8. Do your trash cans have pedal or touchless operation?
Yes. We offer both foot-pedal models for convenience and sensor touchless bins for maximum hygiene.
9. Are the trash cans durable for daily use?
Absolutely. They are made from high-quality, impact-resistant plastic or stainless steel designed to withstand daily use and last for years.
10. Are they suitable for indoor and outdoor use?
Yes. Many models are versatile for both indoor and covered outdoor areas. Please check the product description for outdoor suitability.
11. Do the bins come with liners or bags?
Some sets include starter trash bags. Replacement liners and compatible bags are also available in our store.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my trash can arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
